This International Women's Day, the alt.f team stepped outside the workspace and into WorldMark, Gurgaon with a simple idea, to encourage people to pause, reflect, and question the everyday assumptions we often don't notice.
At the heart of the activation was a thought-provoking message:
Imagine a founder. Is it a man?
Imagine a homemaker. Is it a woman?
Break the bias.
The message invited people to challenge unconscious bias and rethink the stereotypes that continue to shape workplaces and society.
Throughout the day, visitors stopped to read, reread, and discuss the message with colleagues and friends. What started as a moment of curiosity turned into meaningful conversations about equality, leadership, and the importance of seeing people beyond assumptions.
To thank everyone who participated, our team handed out roses, a small gesture that complemented a much bigger conversation.
