About the Department:

Marketing team plays a very important role in putting out the Brand of AltF CoWorking across the industry of CoWokring, Real Estate and Hospitality. This team majorly takes care of AltF's web presence across different social media platforms, search engines etc. Along with the presence in digital terms, Marketing department plays a very important role in developing offline mediums like Channel Partner Network etc to make the presence of AltF CoWorking felt across the industry. Any kind of offline or online presence of the company to generate any kind of business, growth opportunity or Brand presence is taken care by the department.

Prerequisites for the Job Role:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in SEO & Digital Marketing.
  • Must have good command over English
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO on-page/Off-page activity with the latest trends on Search Engine ranking tactics.
Job Role :
  • Research & Recognising high domain authority websites for SEO creating accounts and optimising them organically to increase website traffic.
  • Analyse the keyword universe and develop SEO programs to target and rank different sets of keywords.
  • Adding content on our website and posting of blogs articles on trending and high DA websites to increase off page traffic
  • Strong knowledge of SEO on-page/Off-page activity with latest trends on Search Engine ranking tactics.
  • Tag optimization, Content optimization, Image & hyperlink optimization.
  • Off-site SEO for increasing website traffic.
  • Creating high-quality backlinks on international websites using ethical SEO techniques
  • Good working experience in Off Page optimization

About the Department:

Operations Team is the backbone of the company and the day to day running of all the centres relies on their shoulders. Their major KRA’s include smooth onboarding and management of clients and taking care of them during their office stay with AltF CoWorking. Other responsibilities include providing ultimate customer and visitor experience during the visit, showing the coworking centre. The whole vendor management for smooth running of operations of the centre also lies on the department’s shoulder.

Prerequisites for a Front Desk Manager :
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Administer smooth office operations and administration.
  • Shall be able to understand and resolve client queries within TAT.
  • Basic excel knowledge and an aptitude to be trained and be able to use any other software
  • Shall have strong interpersonal skills.
  • The Incumbent must be organised and detail oriented as a person.
  • One shall have an outstanding ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Person should be highly presentable with good grooming and clothing standards.
Job Role :

The person would be single point of contact for all the clients and their relative problems and queries, Therefore he/she will be:

  • Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
  • Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organised.
  • Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
  • Handle the walk-in as well as telephonic enquiries and queries, and maintain a record of the visitors.
  • Supervise and administer the Supervisor, and keep a check on the housekeeping staff and office boys.
  • Handling the clients visiting the space and maintaining the visitor’s list.

About the Department:

The Sales Team at AltF plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organisation. Sales Team takes charge of generating the business for the company which includes forming interpersonal relationships with clients and channel partners for generation of valid requirements and then with knowledge and skills convert that requirement into actual paying customers for the company.

Prerequisites for a Sales Manager :
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality/ real estate/ or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales in Hospitality Background to be preferred.
  • Experience in customer account management. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Should have good communication and convincing skills. Preferred experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry.
  • Should be able to connect to young startups SMEs, corporates and should be good in building relationships.
Job Role :
  • Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success through P&L management.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Business development activities that bring business to the organisation
  • Maintaining members, memberships, plans, inventory in the backend member management software.
  • Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin & customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise occupancy and profitability of the Centre by proactively managing customer’s expansion requirements.
  • Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
